Occupational Therapist
Assistive Technology
Danielle is an Occupational Therapist who has a background working both in physical and mental health settings. What inspires her is learning about what is uniquely meaningful to people and finding ways to help them lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. Before joining Sensory Tool House, she worked at a nonprofit organization, where she became committed to supporting underserved communities by addressing the systemic lack of knowledge about and access to assistive technology.
Danielle loves spending time in nature and has picked up as many outdoor activities she possibly can, including running, biking, skiing, climbing, and even pickleball. She loves to learn anything she can about her current outdoor activity of interest, which at the moment is ultrarunning. She also loves to take on home DIY projects and enjoys gardening. She lives with her partner and her dog and cat.

For the past 5 years Victoria has worked as an educator in multiple different capacities - a preschool teacher, outdoor elementary teacher, and most recently as a speech therapist assistant within the public school system. She’s worked with students of all abilities over the years and has a deep passion for working with students and their families. After being with a few school districts and countless schools within them, she has seen the lack of access and education on Assistive Technology and desperately wants to make a change within the community.
In her free time, you can catch her outdoors doing anything from running with her dog, mountain biking, skiing, or throwing a disc at a park- or even better, the beach at low tide! If she’s not outdoors, she enjoys knitting and hopes to learn how to sew her own clothes one day. Victoria also enjoys fostering dogs and will gladly show you pictures of all the cute dogs she’s had.
